We gladly accept returns and will provide a free shipping label for your return. We want you to be a fan!

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. 

If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

STEP 1: FILL OUT THE RETURNS REQUEST FORM 

• Enter your order number and email address.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
• You will receive a separate email with your free return label.

STEP 2: PACK THE ITEMS

• Place your item in the original packaging and/or sturdy box and secure.
• The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.

STEP 3: SHIP THE ITEMS

• A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item.
