Their product is cheap and their customer service is even worse. Still havent heard from them.
I got my ring and it was broken. I filled out the request for a refund and that was 10 business days ago
Earrings look great, but there is no way to put them on the ear (the hook is barely holding the earring and if you try to adjust it just doesn’t work). So i decided to return, sent a return request a week ago and haven’t heard anything but the confirmation they received my request, tried contact them 3 times via email and Instagram(which obviously is dead account)-just no response. Apparently bank charge dispute the only option left. Sad
looks and feels amazing, but misleading description. i wasn't expecting a piece that was water-sensitive and wasn't good for daily wear.

Such cute earrings! They were a gift, and the recipient loved them too. The back part of the earrings that goes up the ear were different lengths, but that’s not too awful because they won’t be seen when worn.
This ring is straight up gorgeous. I love how you can twist it to show different colors depending on your mood or outfit.
